Please see below for details:
The club is responsible for every voucher that is handed out.
This means, we need to keep a copy for our records and send in $5.00 for each one to the NYSSA for your membership.
Please contact Dan T. at tiemanndan@yahoo.com - he will need some information from you to fill out the form, which will be sent to NYSSA upon completion.
Be assured if you're a PAID member you will get a voucher for the discount.
We do have an up to date list if you are not sure.
